Simple Exercise to Flatten the Belly
This simple exercise can be done at any time of the day, at any time and if done on a regular basis helps to flatten your stomach by strengthening the abdominal muscles.
This exercise can be performed either standing or sitting or lying on the bed or anywhere.
The movement is simple:
Start by inhaling deeply and as you exhale pull your belly back as if we were trying to touch your navel to your spine.
Try to maintain the position of the belly for 10-20 seconds, taking short breaths.
Repeat several times a day for at least 4-5 days a week, this exercise strengthens the abdominal muscles in making the belly flatter.
This exercise does not burn calories, but it helps to reduce the roundness of the belly "of the bulb in the vulgar term" making it flatter and less visible.
